Meet Dylan Rudy of Rudy Real Estate Team!

Dylan has been investing in Real Estate since 2014 when he purchased his first home. Since then Dylan has been passionate about helping others discover the value in Real Estate investments. He is dedicated to continuously expanding his knowledge on all things Real Estate.

Dylan is a Salt Lake City native and knows it like the back of his hand. He Loves living in a mountain city and is a great resource for anyone thinking about moving to the area.

On a personal note, Dylan loves spending time with his husband and two dog babies. He enjoys hiking, gardening, and will never say no to going to a Mexican restaurant!

Meet Cody Rudy of Rudy Real Estate Team!

Cody is a Portland, OR native who was introduced to Real Estate at a very young age.  He is a creative and results-driven professional with a BFA in Advertising from The Portland Art Institute. With a rich background in luxury sales, including roles at Nordstrom, Prada, Airstream, and a Herman Miller Dealership, he has honed his skills in building strong client relationships and exceeding sales targets. Leveraging this expertise, he co-founded the Rudy Real Estate Team alongside his husband, Dylan, where they proudly serve the Salt Lake City and Wasatch Back communities.

Cody is obsessed with his dog babies, and loves spending time with his family. As an artist he finds the mountains and scenery in Utah to be incredibly inspiring. In his downtime  you can find him sleuthing the local farmers market for dinner inspiration, hiking with the dogs, or cozied up with a glass of Malbec.
